Insolvency and Trustee Service website
The Insolvency and Trustee Service (ITS) administers personal insolvencies including bankruptcy, No Asset Procedures and Summary Instalment Orders. ITS also administer some court-appointed liquidations, expediting a fresh start for involved parties and bringing finality to the insolvency process. Online services include searching the Insolvency and Banned Directors databases, registering claims, and online creditor reports.
The online insolvency database is free to search for personal insolvencies and company liquidations administered by ITS.
