Explains publishers' legal obligations to supply two copies of their published materials to the National Librarian under the National Library of New Zealand (Te Puna Matauranga o Aotearoa) Act 2003, Section 31. A publisher is any person, group or organisation of any kind responsible for releasing a book, magazine, newsletter, CD or video, etc. to any section of the public - for sale or free of charge.
