Do you have a complaint about service from an accountant? The NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants is an incorporated body established by Act of Parliament. Membership of the Institute includes all chartered accountants. The Institute handles complaints which may be regarded as breaches of the Institute's Code of Ethics or Rules.
