Companies Office

The Companies Office is responsible for the registration and maintenance of documents relating to companies, incorporated societies, charitable trusts, unit trusts, building societies, participatory securities, contributory mortgage brokers, credit unions, superannuation schemes, friendly societies, overseas issuers and industrial and provident societies.
